Activity in the generation of adults promotes awareness of the responsibility of all to ensure childhood rights. CRAN proposed the ability to create healthy ties as the basis to assume and develop responsibility. Therefore individual, family and community abilities to be a respectful and loving environment preserving childhood rights. This process is led by the creation of programs of adoptive family and protection home.
Prevention strategy involves three levels of intervention:
This level includes competencies development, which will be consolidated through life. Therefore, personal level defines the project direction.
The family scope is the core of the strategy, as the space of the adult belonging in their different roles.
This level represents the sustainability of the strategy. The action in the social field makes possible the responsibility exercise in the family, society and the State, guaranteeing childhood rights.
The prevention strategy is aimed at adults as members of a family and community, who should strengthen their skills as early childhood caregivers.

This thematic line suggests the adult strengthening powers from the resilience, self-esteem and his capacity of recognition of his self and others as subjects of law.
Through this line we study the risk and protective factors, based on the individual recognition and acceptance of the role in the family.
This area addresses the construction of a healthy environment, based on caregiver’s knowledge on the use of family support networks, social and public to attend children and families needs.
